Please read and follow these instructions in-person at the Wedding Orientation.
1. If you have not done so already, please register for this Wedding Orientation using the link below

2. Complete only the fields in the red box on the “Marriage Documentation” envelope
3. Complete fields 1 – 11 in the “Prenuptial Investigation” located inside the “Marriage Documentation” envelope (1 copy each for groom and bride)
4. Complete the “Wedding Preference Form” located inside the “Marriage Documentation” envelope (1 copy completed by couple)
Please stay after the Wedding Orientation for essential paperwork if any of the following conditions apply to your marriage:
- Either person has a prior marriage
- Either person is a non-Catholic
DO NOT LEAVE THE WEDDING ORIENTATION WITHOUT TURNING IN THE “MARRIAGE DOCUMENTATION” ENVELOPE TO THE WEDDING ORIENTATION COORDINATOR.
