Korean Youth Day – “All Who Thirst”
The Diocese of Orange and Christus present Korean Youth Day (KYD) on Sept. 28 at Christ Cathedral. Themed “All Who Thirst,” this day is a gathering of fellowship, renewal and empowerment. KYD is open to all youth (incoming 9th to 12th grade), not just Korean American Catholics. While there will be a predominantly Korean presence, all teens are welcome. Registrations must be made by the youth minister from a parish.
The keynote speakers are Paul J. Kim, Sr. Mari Josephine Chun and Fr. Eugene Lee.
Registrations must be made by the youth minister from a parish. If teens from a non-Korean parish would like to attend, they can either ask their youth minister to register their parish (the youth minister would need to attend) or contact a local Korean American Catholic parish youth minister about joining their group for KYD.
Here’s the link for registration.
